TERMS OF SALES
ARTICLE 1: FIELD OF APPLICATION.
By validating the order, the customer declares to have read and accepted these general conditions of sale.
ARTICLE 2: VALIDITY OF OFFERS.
All our offers are valid while stocks last and subject to typographical errors.
Nana Body Sculpting cannot be held responsible for a possible shortage of stock which would lead to a delay in delivery. Exceeding delivery times cannot give rise to damages.
If we cannot fulfill your entire order, we will call you quickly to inform you of the restocking date. If you wish to cancel all or part of your order, we will immediately re-credit your credit card or we will give you a gift voucher.
ARTICLE 3: ORDER.
Any order will only be taken into account after acceptance of payment by our bank. We reserve the right to cancel a non-compliant or questionable order.
ARTICLE 4: PRICE.
The prices indicated are expressed in euros and include all taxes.
Prices are net and excluding postage and delivery costs. Participation in shipping costs varies according to the number of products ordered and the country of dispatch.
The company reserves the right to modify its prices and shipping costs at any time if unforeseeable elements occur.
In some cases, you may be asked for additional shipping costs: large containers or urgent orders.
ARTICLE 5: DELIVERY.
At the time of delivery, check the contents of all packages and compare them with your order. In the event of a dispute, make specific reservations in the presence of the delivery person, on the delivery note which you must sign and then call us within 48 hours. We will do what is necessary to rectify the problem as soon as possible and make the refund, if necessary, by check or by re-crediting your bank card.
ARTICLE 6: RETURN.
Pursuant to the provisions of Article L.121-16 of the Consumer Code, the customer has a period of fourteen clear days from the date of delivery of the order to return the delivered item to us, in its packaging. original, for exchange or refund, without penalty, with the exception of return shipping costs. In all cases the customer must inform Nana Body Sculpting (by email at contact@nanabodysculpting.fr, telephone) before returning the goods.
SECTION 7: PAYMENT.
Payment for goods is made when ordering by credit card or bank transfer.
ARTICLE 8: RESPONSIBILITY.
The company has an obligation of means concerning the services offered to the customer, however its responsibility cannot be engaged in the event of breach of one of its obligations due to events beyond its control (strikes, disasters, computer or material breakdowns, Internet connection problems…).
